I was struggling with answer writing structure. The daily evaluation process here broke down my flaws and rebuilt my writing style entirely. The test series was tougher than the actual UPSC, which made the final exam feel surprisingly manageable.

Balancing preparation with a medical background seemed impossible until I joined the Foundation Plus batch. The clear timelines, crisp handouts, and the supportive peer group created an ecosystem where I couldn’t help but succeed.

What sets Ace with Ease apart is how current affairs are taught — not as isolated headlines but woven into static topics. That interconnected thinking is exactly what the Mains examiner rewards, and it’s what got me my rank.

The mock interview panels were incredibly realistic. Facing ex-IAS officers and retired diplomats in the practice rounds completely demolished my nervousness. By the time the actual board sat in front of me, it felt like a familiar conversation.

I switched from another institute after my first failed attempt. The diagnostic test Ace with Ease conducted on day one pinpointed every gap in my preparation. Within six months I had rebuilt my foundation completely and cleared with a top-100 rank.

The optional subject coaching for Sociology was exceptional. The faculty mapped every concept to possible Mains questions, which saved enormous revision time. I scored above 280 in optional — that margin is what ultimately secured my selection.

As a working professional I was skeptical about managing classroom coaching. The live-online format was seamlessly organised, recordings were available within hours, and the weekend doubt sessions meant I never fell behind despite a demanding job.

The batch size of 50 is not just a marketing claim — I experienced it. My faculty knew my weak subjects by name and customised practice sets specifically for me. That level of individual attention in a coaching centre is genuinely rare.

The GS Foundation Basic is a 1-year intensive program covering the complete Prelims and Mains GS syllabus, CSAT, weekly current affairs, sectional tests, standard study material, monthly group mentorship, and library access. The GS Foundation Plus is a 2-year integrated flagship program that includes everything in Basic, plus optional subject coaching (choice of 5 subjects), a dedicated Essay & Ethics module, daily answer writing evaluation, 1-on-1 mentorship with ex-Civil Servants, premium handwritten notes, a full Interview Guidance Program with mock panels, and lifetime access to our Current Affairs portal.
Yes. We offer both offline classroom sessions at our Hyderabad centre and a fully synchronous live-online mode for students who cannot attend in person. Live-online students receive the same faculty, the same test series, and the same mentorship sessions. Recorded backups of all lectures are made available within 4 hours of the live class, and doubt-clearing sessions are held separately for online batches every weekend.
We strictly cap every batch at 50 students. This is not a marketing claim — it is a policy enforced without exception. A smaller batch means your faculty knows your name, your weak subjects, and your progress timeline. It enables customised study plans, ensures every doubt gets answered during class, and allows for individual feedback on answer writing rather than generic comments. Most large coaching centres enroll 200–500 students per batch; at that scale, personalisation is impossible.
Yes. We offer a flexible EMI structure through both our in-house installment plan and partner banks. For the GS Foundation Basic, you can split the fee into 4 equal quarterly installments with zero interest under our in-house plan. For the GS Foundation Plus, we offer up to 12-month EMI through partner banks at competitive interest rates. A nominal registration amount is required at admission to confirm your seat. Please speak with our counselling team for the current EMI schedule and bank partners.
Doubts can be raised through three channels: (1) During class — faculty pause for questions at designated intervals; (2) On our student portal — you can post a written doubt any time, and the concerned faculty responds within 24 hours; (3) Scheduled doubt sessions — each subject has a dedicated 2-hour doubt-clearing session every week where only pre-submitted student questions are addressed in depth. For GS Foundation Plus students, 1-on-1 mentor calls are available once a month for broader strategy doubts.
All standard printed study material is included in the fee for both programs — you do not need to purchase any books separately. The material includes topic-wise compiled handouts, a curated current affairs monthly magazine, CSAT practice booklets, and answer writing practice sheets. GS Foundation Plus students additionally receive premium handwritten notes developed by our senior faculty and value-add supplementary booklets. We also provide a recommended reading list for standard references (NCERT, Laxmikanth, etc.) that are available in our library.
Absolutely. Optional Subject selection is one of the most critical decisions in UPSC preparation and we treat it seriously. Every new student undergoes a structured Optional Counselling Session with our senior mentors within the first month of joining. We analyse your academic background, scoring trends for available optionals, the overlap with GS paper content, and your personal interest levels before recommending a subject. GS Foundation Plus students have coaching for 5 optional subjects included; Basic students can add optional coaching as an add-on module.
Yes — we strongly encourage it. We conduct free Open Demo Classes every Saturday at our centre and the same session is streamed live online for outstation aspirants. You will experience our actual classroom environment, meet the faculty, and sit through a real lecture (not a sales presentation). You can register for the next available demo session by calling our admissions team or filling the form above. There is no obligation to enroll after attending the demo.
All classes are recorded and uploaded to your student portal within 4 hours of the live session — both for offline and online mode students. Recordings are available for the entire duration of your course. If you miss a test, you can take it in a makeup slot conducted every Sunday morning. For extended absences (medical or professional), our student support team can help restructure your study schedule so you stay on track with the batch.
Yes. We offer a merit-based scholarship of up to 30% fee waiver through our annual Ace Scholarship Test (AST), conducted twice a year. Additionally, we have a 10% early-bird discount for students who enroll at least 60 days before batch commencement. Economically weaker section (EWS) candidates can apply for a separate needs-based concession by submitting supporting documents during admissions. Sibling and alumni referral discounts are also available — please ask our admissions team for current details.
For GS Foundation Basic, group answer writing tests are conducted every two weeks; evaluated scripts are returned with a marking rubric within 5 working days. For GS Foundation Plus students, daily answer writing is mandatory — you submit one answer per day (either online via the portal or physically at the centre), and our dedicated evaluation team returns feedback within 24 hours. The feedback covers content accuracy, structure, introduction & conclusion quality, keyword density, and diagram usage. Monthly consolidated reports track your score trajectory over time.
Interview preparation at Ace with Ease IAS begins the moment Mains results are declared — not as an afterthought. GS Foundation Plus students are automatically enrolled in our Interview Guidance Program (IGP) at no additional cost. The IGP covers DAF (Detailed Application Form) analysis, personality development workshops, mock interview panels with retired IAS/IPS officers and former UPSC board members, current affairs refreshers focused on interview-relevant topics, and individual feedback sessions after each mock. Typically, each student undergoes 5–8 mock interviews before facing the actual board.
